Since the last blog Miyama Restaurant have had over 80 covers booked online through their live reservation system provided by Eveve. This is 80 covers that Miyama would otherwise have not received. And if you add up the average spend per cover the extra revenue begins to reach the thousands of pounds! Miyama have noticed this uplift. Currently you can only book online at Miyama City Restaurant and not Miyama Mayfair. I am sure it will not be long until they see the benefits that Miyama City Restaurant is getting and ask Eveve to provide a live reservation system for Miyama Mayfair.

Miyama Restaurant are a well established name in London. But they recognised that they need to move with the times if they are to keep Miyama at the forefront of Japanese cuisine in London. I am sure that Miyama Restaurant is a brand that is here to stay.
